Evaluation
Comprehensive evaluations are typically completed during the first visit, following the completion of a case history form and parent interview. We will assess all areas of language (receptive, expressive, pragmatic), speech articulation and intelligibility, voice, fluency, and oral motor skills. Each evaluation looks at the child's strengths and weaknesses in order to determine areas for growth in therapy.
Treatment
We provide research-based, effective therapy techniques that are individualized for your child’s needs, all in the comfort of your own natural environment. We can provide therapy sessions in your home, preschool, daycares, private schools, libraries, parks, or even the beach!
Carryover
Our ultimate goal is to teach families the necessary skills to incorporate speech and language development in their daily lives. This will encourage generalization of skills and can shorten the duration of direct therapy. We strive to empower parents to embed speech and language activities into their child’s natural environment in a fun, motivating, and playful way!
